Description
The Test-A-Pack F100-2700 Package Tester provides a fast and accurate method for verifying the integrity of non-porous, flexible packages. Simply place the package in the test chamber and press 'start.' The 2700 automatically regulates the vacuum source while providing live test data. By adding water to the test chamber for submersion testing, the exact location of any package leak can be observed by a stream of bubbles. The 2700 is capable of displaying test data in inches or millimeters of mercury (gauge or absolute values) and also provides an altitude simulation test up to 50,000 feet. This system is ideal for medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications.
The 2700 Package Tester performs repeatable visual verification of leaks in non-porous packages per ASTM D-3078-94 "Determination of Leaks in Flexible Packaging by Bubble Emission.
