The F100-3000 Non-Destructive Leak Tester provides a fast and accurate method for testing non-porous sealed flexible containers. Fixturing can accomodate from 1 to 8 packages depending on sample sizes. Custom fixturing specific to unique packages can be designed upon request.
The easy to use tester is capable of finding holes and channels as small as 13 microns (0.0005 inch) in flexible lid containers containing residual gas, all at the press of a button.
Features:
The system includes an 8" touch screen user friendly interface. Easy to program parameters give the user complete control over all aspects of testing.
Individual package test results are displayed on a PASS/FAIL Screen as green for pass and red for fail for each of the packages being tested. A real-time gauge monitors current vacuum level and notifies the operator if an inadequate vacuum level is present. Also, a visual timer counts down time remaining in the test cycle.
The Quantitative Data Results Screens show test data for individual packages. Values include the gross limit, current reading, peak value, and peak value minus the sensitivity value. It contains all the control features of the PASS/FAIL screen.
