The F100-2900 Non-Destructive Leak Tester provides a fast and accurate method for testing non-porous sealed flexible containers. The easy to use tester is capable of finding 13 microns or 0.0005 inch holes and channels in flexible lid containers containing residual gas, all at the press of a button. The system is customizable and can test up to 36 packages at a time, depending on package size. Custom fixturing specific to unique packages can be designed upon request.

The system includes a 10" touch screen user friendly interface. Easy to program parameters give the user complete control over all aspects of testing and each setup is passcode protected.
Individual package test results are displayed on a Pass/Fail Screen as green for pass and red for fail for each of the packages being tested. A real-time gauge monitors current vacuum level and notifies the operator if an inadequate vacuum level is present. Also, a visual timer counts down time remaining in the test cycle.
The Quantitative Data Results Screens show test data for individual channels. Values include the gross limit, current reading, peak value, and peak value minus the sensitivity value. It contains all the control features of the Pass/Fail screen.
