The cryogenic purging unit produces hot gas to quickly and effectively purge
cryogenic liquid oxygen containers and aircraft oxygen systems of residual moisture
and other contaminants.
Features:
The purging unit is a lightweight portable device that can be connected to
a supply of dry air, nitrogen or oxygen at inlet pressures up to 500 psi. The
gas is heated to a high temperature by internal electrical heating coils and
directed through a thermally insolated outlet hose for delivery to the systems
to be purged. The device includes a thermal safety cutoff and a power indicator
light. The unit is provided in a convenient carrying case and includes a 10
foot electrical cable.
The purging unit is available in two configurations, one compatible with standard
115 vac power (part number F137-1015-3) and another compatible with standard
230 vac power (part number F137-1015-5).
