Carleton is a world leading manufacturer of aviation oxygen to the military, space and commercial markets. Our products include various pressure regulators and reducers, an assortment of flow control valves and cylinder and hand valve assemblies used to store high pressure oxygen. We manufacture other pneumatic components for these markets as well, including inflation valves, solenoid valves and actuation systems.

We also supply a range of highly effective personal cooling equipment for the US military. Our microclimate cooling systems enable air and ground crew to operate for extended periods of time in harsh environmental conditions.

	Personal Cooling Systems Carleton’s microclimate cooling systems provide cooling for air and ground crew to prevent thermal fatigue and extend missions duration. The systems are designed for operation on helicopters and ground vehicles and can accommodate single or multiple users.
	Regulators and Reducers Our pressure regulator and reducers are used to provide regulated pressure supply to flight crew members and passengers. The applications of these products include commercial aviation, military aviation and space flight.
	Cylinder and Valve Assemblies These components are used to store high pressure gases, namely oxygen, onboard various aircraft. The hand valve assemblies allow for the safe release of the gas. Our commercial cylinders use a lightweight carbon fiber wrap over a spun aluminum liner to offer a weight saving over conventional steel tanks.
	Inflation Valves We manufacture a wide range of inflation valves used to inflate emergency flotation devices, such as rafts and emergency evacuation slides on large commercial aircraft and helicopters.
	Oxygen Valves Our oxygen valves are used extensively in commercial and military aircraft applications and are also used on submarines and in space. These components include check valves, shutoff valves, bleed valves and fill valves.
	Actuation Systems We specialize in actuation systems for use in missile applications and on military aircraft. These products include missile wing and tail deployment systems, bomb ejection systems and emergency landing gear blowdown systems.
	Test-A-Pack Test-A-Pack Systems, The Pioneers in automated package testing, provides solutions for convertors, medical, pharmaceutical, food, and industrial packaging companies.
	Composite Pressure Vessels Carleton Technologies Inc, Pressure Technology Division (Carleton PTD), located in Westminster MD, designs and manufactures a full line of lightweight composite pressure vessels that are used in space, marine, aircraft, life support and paintball applications.
	Other Products Carleton also produces a number of other products, ranging from oxygen consoles to personal survival kits.
