Carleton’s next generation PHANTOM Mask and Regulator Assembly combined with the PHANTOM 3,000 psig bailout assembly offers breakthrough comfort and performance.

The PHANTOM mask includes a high flow, non-compensated exhalation valve along with an integral anti-suffocation valve to protect the user in the event of oxygen supply depletion. The PHANTOM Bailout system uses state-of-the-art materials to reduce weight and significantly increase oxygen supply duration. When filled to 3,000 psig, the bailout system provides 410 liters of breathable oxygen, 45% more than a comparable PHAOS system. The universal compatibility of Carleton’s equipment eliminates cost and logistics issues associated with the development of a custom mask.

Carleton's PHANTOM system is universally compatible with the PHAOS system. It can also function with the American Flight Safety system with minor equipment modifications. Carleton has the capability of supplying the complete suite of parachutist oxygen equipment including the console, jump bottle and mask.

The console is designed to supply six jumpers with 100% oxygen to prevent hypoxia when they are exposed to a cabin altitude above 10,000 feet. The console's oxygen may also be used for prebreathing, denitrogenation, or preoxygenation. The personal oxygen system supplies the jumper with oxygen when the cabin altitude is above 10,000 feet, and the jumper is not connected to the console. This configuration provides mobility within the aircraft and oxygen when in free-fall and under canopy. The system provides either diluted oxygen or 100% oxygen.
